VINTAGE PURCHASE POLICY:
You are purchasing USED clothing most of which are decades, if not over centuries old. The characteristics that make them special and historical also means that they are not in perfect condition and some wear and tear (along with damages) are expected.
Please note that we are picky about the condition of our vintage library and go to great lengths to verbalize the flaws if we catch them. Please don’t buy ‘used’ clothing if you are expecting what you are purchasing to be in perfect condition.
Items are described via the following rating scale:
- NEAR MINT - No problems, as close to "new" as possible for age.
- EXCELLENT - Shows normal wear expected for age, but nothing easily visible.
- VERY GOOD - Shows normal wear expected for age with some minor problems visible, but problems will not detract.
- GOOD - Has some definite visual problems. Structure is intact. Problems could be fixed. These items will be available at discounted rates.
- FAIR - These items will be available at discounted rates, but for the creative, they are still interesting pieces.
- NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on any sale items.
- NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on ANY INTERNATIONAL Sales, due to customs costs.
- NO REFUNDS on shipping charges and return shipping charges will be at your cost.
- NO RETURNS/ REFUNDS will be granted unless RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) REQUEST is made within 2 days of receipt of the item.
For a refund you MUST E-mail me within 2 DAYS of the confirmed post office delivery date to let me know that the item is being returned, and then you must mail back within 3 DAYS of the delivery date as well. If I do not hear from you within 2 DAYS from CONFIRMED POST OFFICE DELIVERY DATE TO YOU (or 5 days from Postal Delivery Attempt - whichever is sooner), the item is ASSUMED SOLD and no refunds will be issued.
All returns MUST be mailed back via priority mail, with Delivery Confirmation and Insured for the full cost. Items must be returned in the SAME CONDITION as when received. No exceptions to the same condition requirements. Sorry. Please e-mail me first if you will be returning item so I can expect it.
Items will ship within 5 days from the purchase date excluding weekends and holidays.
- DOMESTIC ORDERS: All items will be shipped UPS Ground Signature Required. UPS will not delivery to a PO Box nor leave a package at the door without a signature.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Items will be shipped within 5 days via EXPRESS AIR SHIPPING with tracking numbers. The customs charge will be included in the shipping charge. Once the order is en route, the purchaser will receive the tracking information and assume responsibility for the package. We are not responsible for wrong address, stolen or lost package.
